My Diet Blog The First Post

I'm just trying to make it through the hell that was dieting. AT least I finally learned that diets are really no good for you. I have a number of sever back issues so my exercise is limited I still push as hard as I can. I have dropped a whole load of pounds these last couple of months. It gets hard to stay motivated though.

I'm hoping this blog will help me to stay focused and accountable. I'm fed up with being fat.
